- Responsible for the operational efficiency and service delivery of the Concierge desk
- Greets and ensures that all guests are always attended to in a friendly and helpful manner
- Does everything possible to ensure that the guests experience leaves with a positive impression of the hotel
- Maintains exemplary department standards of behavior appearance and attitude
- Full knowledge of Solaire Resort North and Forbes standards
- Ensures guests receive prompt attention and requests will be fulfilled immediately
- Takes personal interest and pride to ensure that the Concierge work areas are always kept clean and in an orderly state
- Provides information pertaining to all Resort services local places of interest restaurants nightlife sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of interest to the guests
- Always prepared to recommend first the Hotels own F&B outlets before any other making himself/herself totally familiar with the operating hours and each outlets specialty
- Ensures that all Concierge equipment is accounted for and is always in good condition
- Assumes other duties assigned by Management as required
Requirements
- Relevant Front Office experience in the Hotel industry is an advantage.
- Certificate holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Knowledge of Hotel facilities and services
- With initiative organized and detailoriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English. Knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage.
