Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Call potential clients from car repair quote requests to confirm and book in a scheduled time.
- Quotes and details for each request will be provided
- Other customer support tasks as needed.
- Clear English (voice sample required)
- Attention to detail responding to requests promptly and efficiently
- Previous experience in a voice/sales customer support or appointment setter role
- Automotive Interest or background
- Familiarity or experience with navigating CRM systems such as Salesforce and scheduling tools.
