Requirements
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in testing SaaS and HR platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in functional and automation testing defect management and database validation while working in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional integration regression and UAT testing for SaaS and HR platforms.
- Conduct web application testing with a deep understanding of testing methodologies.
- Develop and execute automation scripts using UiPath Selenium Python or Java.
- Automate SaaS platform testing to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Track and manage defects using defect tracking tools like ALM or ClickUp.
- Perform endtoend testing of HR modules including learning talent and HR systems.
- Work with HR platforms such as Betterworks Docebo and Eightfold (preferred).
- Write and execute SQL queries for effective database testing and data validation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and document comprehensive test results.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in iterative development processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of experience in manual and automation testing for SaaS and HR platforms.
- Proficiency in UiPath Selenium Python or Java for test automation.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Handson experience with defect tracking tools like ALM ClickUp or similar.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Betterworks Docebo or Eightfold (a plus).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
