As the Product Management for APAC market you will guide and support the sales and presales team within the market driving the product vision and strategy in alignment with our Hospitality Distribution vision. You will ensure the successful delivery of products that meet and surpass customer needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders including other Product Managers R&D teams Product Marketing Managers Product Portfolio Managers and provider solution managers and support teams will be essential in aligning the product vision strategy and execution. This is a key leadership role where you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the growth and success of Hospitality Distribution core business. You will have the opportunity to contribute to reinventing GDS business.
In this role you will:
Lead & Develop the Product Strategy for APAC Market: Guide support and help a team of sales and presales team within the region to position our Hospitality distribution product. Drive the product vision and strategy based on the market needs aligning with our overall hospitality distribution vision
Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire product portfolio within APAC region balancing shortterm goals with longterm vision and ensuring a cohesive product offering.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering Design Marketing Sales and other departments to ensure seamless product development and gotomarket execution.
DataDriven Leadership: Utilize data and analytics to inform decisionmaking enhance product performance and continuously improve processes.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product updates progress and strategy to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of experimentation and continuous learning within the team consistently seeking ways to enhance our products and processes.
About the Ideal Candidate
10 years of experience in product management or related fields.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
Exceptional communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Resultsoriented with a strong problemsolving mindset.
Flexible and adaptable able to succeed in a complex and evolving environment.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
