Role Overview:We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to enhance our online presence and engage with our community across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation proficiency in social media management and a keen understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and informative content tailored to our services including GP consultations health assessments and diagnostic tests etc.
- Write compelling scripts for video content and provide guidance on relevant healthcare topics.
- Utilise tools such as Canva and Photoshop to produce highquality visuals that reflect our brand identity.
Social Media Management:
- Plan schedule and publish content across Facebook Instagram X and LinkedIn.
- Plan schedule and publish newsletters using MailChimp.
- Ensure consistency in tone style and branding across all platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community engagement.
Brand Development:
- Collaborate with the team and director to align content with the clinic s goals and mission.
- Stay up to date with current health trends and awareness days in the UK to create timely and relevant content.
- Leverage LinkedIn to expand our professional network and enhance our brand presence.
Performance Analysis:
- Track analyse and report on social media metrics including reach engagement and growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy and improve performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Indepth knowledge of social media platforms particularly LinkedIn and best practices for brand development.
- Ability to analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
