Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and resultsdriven Business Development Executive & Recruiter to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for individuals who can drive client acquisition and effectively manage recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong aptitude for sales and recruitment along with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

.

Identify target and acquire new clients by researching market opportunities and conducting outreach.

.

Build longterm relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.

.

Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.

.

Prepare and present proposals to potential clients highlighting recruitment solutions and services.

.

Monitor market trends competitor activity and client feedback to refine business strategies.

Recruitment

.

Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job portals social media and referrals.

.

Screen interview and shortlist candidates to match job requirements and ensure client satisfaction.

.

Coordinate the endtoend recruitment process including scheduling interviews negotiating offers and facilitating smooth onboarding.

.

Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment activities.

.

Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and provide timely updates on hiring progress.

Key Skills & Qualifications

.

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development and recruitment.

.

Strong sales negotiation and relationship management skills.

.

Proven ability to achieve targets in a competitive environment.

.

Handson experience with recruitment tools platforms and CRM systems.

.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

.

Ability to multitask prioritise and meet deadlines.

.

Selfmotivated goaloriented and proactive in problemsolving.
