Job Description
Job Title: Motor Vehicle Technician Premium Brand
Location: Kidlington Oxford OX5 1HT
Salary: 38026 bonus OTE(uncapped)
Full Time and Permanent 40 hours a week Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings paid as overtime

They are present in 36 national markets and operate as a key strategic partner to the world s foremost premium and luxury car brands for whom they provide an effective wellfinanced and customercentered route to market for vehicles and parts.
They are listed on the London Stock Exchange employs 15000 people worldwide and recorded sales of 6.8 billion in its last financial year.
They aim to deliver an outstanding customer experience at every one of our franchised dealerships and to support this all our dealerships have specialist manufacturertrained staff to ensure you and your car receive the best possible attention.
They are now actively looking to recruit for a Motor Vehicle Technician for their Premium Brand Car dealership in Kidlington Oxford.
They are also happy to consider Diagnostic Technicians and Master Technicians for the same site (salaries would be higher). They will also consider Level 2 Technicians but their salaries would be lower.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry our vehicle maintenance and repair
- Utilizing your technical knowledge
- Testing diagnosing and resolving faults
- Suggesting and making improvements to processes
- Working on electrical and mechanical systems
- Inspecting components for wear and tear
- Repairing and replacing parts
- Checking vehicle subsystems
- Liaising with customers where necessary
- Supporting other Technicians in the Workshop
The Ideal Candidate:
- The knowledge to use modern diagnostic equipment
- The capability of working to the highest quality standards
- Great team player and communication skills
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping
- Prior experience in working to efficiency targets
- A full UK driving license
- Experience within a main automotive dealer is preferable but not essential
- VOSAapproved MOT tester an advantage but not essential
- Must hold Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair NVQ or equivalent
