Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) - Uttoxeter

Location: Uttoxeter | Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 (DOE)

My client is seeking a detail-driven VDA to join their fast-paced bodyshop. If you have a keen eye for maximizing efficiency and ensuring top-quality repairs, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assess vehicle damage & ensure repairs match estimates

Work closely with engineers & technicians to follow repair methods

Load repair methods onto job cards & inspect jobs from start to finish

Identify additional repairs & maximize job profitability

Liaise with insurers & suppliers to keep processes smooth

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a VDA in a bodyshop/accident repair environment

ATA qualification (preferred but not essential)

Strong knowledge of repair methods, estimating & Audatex/Glassmatix

Detail-oriented & results-driven approach
