Job Description
Job Title: CAD Technician
Salary: Up to 34000 depending on experience
Location: Cardiff
Are you a CAD Technician with an eye for detail and a passion for precision If you enjoy working on a mix of projects and want to be part of a collaborative team this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
Youll be creating detailed CAD drawings for a variety of projects covering mechanical and electrical building services architectural layouts and fire safety plans. Working closely with the team youll ensure designs are accurate clear and practical. Site visits will give you handson insight helping you bring projects to life with realworld understanding.

Our client is a wellestablished CAD services provider based in Cardiff. They specialise in delivering highquality accurate drawings for a range of industries. With a strong reputation for reliability and attention to detail they support clients by turning complex information into clear functional designs.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Duties
Produce detailed CAD drawings for mechanical and electrical building services
Create accurate architectural layouts
Design fire safety plans in line with project needs
Work closely with the team to ensure seamless project completion
Visit sites to gather information and refine designs
Key Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
A teamfocused approach and strong communication skills
