Job Summary:
The Hotel Human Resource Officer will oversee recruitment employee relations training and compliance to ensure a positive work environment and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment onboarding and staff training programs.
Handle employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
Maintain accurate HR records payroll and benefits administration.
Support performance management and staff engagement initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
