At Clarifi Staffing Solutions we believe education changes lives. Were looking for a passionate and dedicated Exceptional Needs Teacher to empower students with diverse learning needs. In this role youll create inclusive and engaging learning experiences support individualized educational goals and help students thrive academically socially and personally.
Position Highlights:
- Foster a safe inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Provide smallgroup and oneonone instruction to address varying learning abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress adjusting strategies to support ongoing growth.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote positive learning experiences.
- Develop and deliver tailored instructional plans that meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure student success across all subjects.
Requirements
Candidates must have proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or in a related role with specific expertise in managing various caseloads. A bachelor s degree from an accredited university is required though a master s degree is preferred. Applicants must hold an active Florida Professional Educator License (PEL) with a special education (LSB1) endorsement as no other certifications will be accepted at this time. The position requires availability to work up to 37.5 hours per week.
