Job Description

Are you a dedicated Special Education Teacher passionate about working with elementary school students

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking fulltime ESE Teachers to work with schoolaged students in the elementary school resource room setting.

The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for effectively collaborating with the student s academic support team to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each student on the caseload. The Special Education Teacher will monitor student goals and prepare quarterly progress reports.

In this role youll:

Create a supportive and structured classroom environment.
Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students needs.
Maintain accurate records of students progress and IEP goals.
Conduct assessments to determine students educational needs and progress.
Modify curriculum and instruction methods to accommodate students varying needs.
Provide emotional and social support to students promoting a positive learning experience.
Work closely with general education teachers specialists and families to support students learning.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field along with a valid Wisconsin teaching certification in Special Education. Prior experience working with children with special needs is preferred. Successful applicants must demonstrate strong communication organizational and collaboration skills to effectively support students and work alongside colleagues and families.
