Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: West Des Moines IA (Onsite)
Employment Type: FullTime
Experience Level: MidSenior (5 years)

About the Role

A behavioral health organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide comprehensive assessment intervention and training services for individuals and their families. This role includes overseeing ABA therapy conducting behavioral assessments and collaborating with families and service providers to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services including assessments and skill acquisition planning.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on client needs.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) ensuring proper implementation of treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with families schools and other professionals to integrate intervention strategies effectively.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop reports within designated timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations accreditation standards and clinical policies.
  • Attend and participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with funder and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in active status.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in time management organization and problemsolving.
  • Competency in computer systems for documentation and data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families service providers and other professionals.
  • Physically able to work in clinical and clientbased environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating ABA therapy into school or medical settings.
  • Strong social and training skills to educate families and professionals on behavior plans.

Additional Information

  • Must be able to work onsite in West Des Moines IA.
  • No relocation assistance or visa sponsorship available.
