Job Description

Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and respond to a high volume of appointment requests and patient inquiries via email and phone
- Schedule and coordinate both telemedicine and inperson appointments ensuring optimal patient flow
- Update and maintain accurate patient charts and medical records in our stateoftheart electronic health record system
- Guide patients through the process of completing preappointment information updates via our userfriendly patient portal
- Transfer critical patient data from portal forms to our comprehensive electronic medical record system
- Craft and send personalized followup communications to patients gathering valuable feedback and evaluations
- Provide essential backup support for phone lines during peak hours ensuring no patient call goes unanswered
- Potentially explain our groundbreaking female longevity program to interested patients showcasing our commitment to innovative healthcare
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills in English both written and verbal with a warm and professional demeanor
- Demonstrated proficiency in navigating electronic health record systems and patient portals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fastpaced virtual environment
- Meticulous attention to detail particularly when handling sensitive patient information
- A customer serviceoriented mindset with a genuine passion for enhancing patient experiences
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operations with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software systems quickly
- Experience in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates
