Location: Remote & Nationwide Travel (8090%)
Employment Type: FullTime

About the Role:
As an EntryLevel Civil/Structural Engineer you will be an integral part of our project teams assisting in the design analysis and execution of engineering projects nationwide. This role involves extensive travel to construction sites (8090% of the time) where youll work closely with senior engineers project managers and contractors to ensure successful project completion. When not onsite youll have the flexibility to work remotely contributing to project designs reports and technical documentation.
What Youll Do:
Assist in the design and analysis of structures foundations and support systems.
Conduct field inspections collect site data and ensure structural integrity.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical mechanical and environmental engineers.
Support project managers in developing engineering plans specifications and reports.
Review construction plans materials and safety compliance measures.
Troubleshoot engineering challenges and propose innovative solutions onsite.
Stay updated on industry codes standards and best practices.
What Were Looking For:
Degree: Bachelors in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field).
Skills: Strong analytical mindset problemsolving abilities and handson technical skills.
Software: Exposure to AutoCAD Revit SAP2000 STAAD.Pro or similar engineering tools.
Mindset: Adaptable eager to learn and excited about traveling for handson experience.
Bonus: Internship or coop experience in construction structural engineering or site inspections.
