We are hiring a Project Engineer to work onsite at our project locations across Louisiana Texas Arkansas and Mississippi. This isnt a behindthescenes role; youll be in the heart of the action working directly with superintendents subcontractors and project managers to bring worldclass engineering to life.

What Youll Be Doing
Youll own the bid process by reviewing architectural and engineering drawings performing takeoffs and gathering material pricing. Youll work closely with vendors and subcontractors to get competitive quotes and prepare solid proposals for new contracts.
Youll ensure contract compliance by reviewing scopes specifications and regulatory requirements. You;ll track submittals approvals and any necessary revisions to keep everything aligned with project goals.
Youll be deeply involved in the design phase reviewing fabrication drawings and making sure they match architectural plans. If somethings off youll submit RFIs (Requests for Information) and get the answers needed to keep the project moving.
Youll manage procurement efficiently preparing RFPs (Requests for Proposals) reviewing costs and issuing purchase orders to keep materials and subcontractors locked in and ready.
Youll keep construction running smoothly by preparing and tracking schedules documenting daily reports and taking site photos. Youll attend meetings assist superintendents with field measurements and help maintain quality control.
Youll ensure a seamless project closeout managing punch lists submitting final documents and making sure all warranty requirements are met.
What You Bring to the Table
A degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in construction engineering project coordination or site management.
Experience with AutoCAD Bluebeam and project management tools like Procore or Primavera P6.
A deep understanding of construction drawings specifications and building codes.
Strong problemsolving skills; you know how to handle challenges in realtime.
Excellent communication; youll be working with teams across all levels.
A handson proactive approach; you dont wait for solutions you create them.
