Job Description

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Oxford MS. In this role you will be essential in managing and executing engineering projects from inception to completion ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards budget constraints and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate engineering projects ensuring compliance with project plans schedules and budgets.
- Design Development: Collaborate with design teams to create technical specifications drawings and engineering documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to industry standards regulations and company policies.
- Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients contractors and internal teams facilitating effective communication.
- ProblemSolving: Proactively identify and address projectrelated issues implementing solutions to mitigate risks and ensure success.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress changes and outcomes preparing reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering procurement and construction to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil Mechanical Electrical or a related field)
- 2 years of experience in project engineering or related roles preferably in construction or manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in project management software and engineering design tools
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
