What Youll Do
Develop & Optimize Software Solutions
Design develop and maintain custom software tools that improve workflow efficiency for engineering and project management teams.
Build and enhance web applications that support realtime collaboration and project tracking.
Work with APIs and thirdparty software to integrate construction technology platforms seamlessly.
Automate & Streamline Processes
Develop AIdriven automation tools to enhance data processing and decisionmaking.
Implement DevOps practices for smooth software deployment and maintenance.
Automate repetitive tasks such as report generation document management and project analysis.
Data Analytics & Cloud Integration
Develop tools to analyze and visualize construction and project data for better decisionmaking.
Work with cloudbased solutions to ensure scalability security and accessibility of critical systems.
Optimize database management to streamline information flow across projects.
Security & Compliance
Ensure secure software architectures that protect sensitive project and client data.
Stay up to date with industry standards and compliance in construction technology.
Implement cybersecurity best practices to safeguard internal systems and remote work environments.
What Youll Need
Technical Skills & Experience
Strong proficiency in Python JavaScript (React Node.js) or C# for software development.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS Azure or Google Cloud).
Handson experience with APIs automation tools and database management (SQL NoSQL).
Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD pipelines Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
Familiarity with civil engineering or construction management software** is a bonus.
