Sr SW Engineer

CyberSource Corporation a Visa Inc. company needs a Sr. SW Engineer (multiple openings) in Bellevue WA to

• Be involved in numerous projects that include full stack development of REST Service APIs Backend Batching applications and Web FrontEnd User Interfaces that are secure scalable and robust.
• Participate in the complete project lifecycle starting from gathering requirements to releasing the product into production.
• Perform unit testing code reviewing and regular checkins for continuous integration.
• Participate in operation is based on the Agile Scrum development methodology with 2week iterations.
• Collaborate within team composed of Development Manager QA Manager Developers QA Engineers a Scrum Master and a Product Owner with local Configuration Management and Database Engineering support.
• Position reports to the Bellevue Washington office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
 

• Employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a software engineerrelated occupation.
• Position requires experience in the following:
• Experience with at least one of the following objectoriented languages: Java C# or C;
• ObjectOriented Concepts;
• Service Oriented Architectures;
• Distributed Systems Design Concepts;
• Computer Science fundamentals;
• Experience in one of the serverside web application framework and languages: Java/Spring JS/Node C#/.Net MVC or .NET Web API;
• Authentication and Authorization standards: OAuth or SAML;
• Designing and building RESTful APIs;
• HTML5;
• SASS or CSS;
• JavaScript; and
• Modern JavaScript UI frameworks such as React and Angular JS.

Worksite: Bellevue WA

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50 or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $137259.00 USD to $164100.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
