Job Scope:
- Identify and acquire international clients for construction and mining equipment.
- Develop and execute market strategies to drive sales growth.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with distributors partners and key clients.
- Provide aftersales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends for strategic planning.
- Represent the company at international trade shows and events.
- Frequent international travel required.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in construction or mining equipment sales.
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE) or MBA in International Business.
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment and export business.
- Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
