We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Recruiter with experience in a digital marketing agency to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent within the digital marketing industry.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment particularly within the digital marketing and HubSpot domain.
Qualifications :
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools applicant tracking systems (ATS Keka) and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
