Key Responsibilities:
Identify prospect and develop new business opportunities within the DMV area.
Conduct client meetings presentations and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends competitors and Geeks.Online services.
Proven experience in outside sales preferably in IT services or technologyrelated fields.
Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
Ability to manage a territory and travel within the DMV region as needed.
Techsavvy with the ability to grasp and explain basic IT concepts.
Commission Structure:
Recurring Revenue (Managed IT Services): Earn 50% of the profit in the first year 30% in the second year and 10% in the third year for subscription services.
OneTime Sales (Hardware Sales Setup Fees etc.): Earn 50% of the profit on all new onetime sales.
Estimated Annual Earnings: $60000 $120000 based on performance with top performers exceeding $150000.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required. Relevant sales or IT industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA IT Fundamentals, HubSpot Sales Certification) are a plus.
