Job Title: Learning and Development (L&D) Manager
Job Summary:
The L&D Manager for the Digital Function will be responsible for driving the learning strategy and designing training initiatives to enhance digital skills across the organization. This includes staying ahead of digital trends managing digital tools and platforms training and ensuring employees are equipped with the skills needed to thrive in a technologydriven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Comprehensive Learning Programs: Design and implement learning and development strategies that align with organizational goals and cater to diverse age groups. Drive measurable improvements in the capabilities of employees especially in key areas like digital technologies leadership and innovation contributing directly to business growth.
- Facilitate Workforce Certifications: Identify plan and execute certification programs to upskill employees and maintain a competitive workforce. Define and design skill matrix to meet the role based upscaling.
- Lead Technical Training Drives: Organize targeted technical training sessions to address specific skill gaps and drive operational excellence. Support the creation of a robust leadership pipeline with employees equipped to take on critical roles within the company reducing reliance on external hires.
- Design Engaging Training Solutions: Create impactful elearning modules workshops and interactive sessions tailored to diverse learning preferences. By offering opportunities for continuous learning and growth the company can reduce turnover retaining top talent and building a more skilled workforce.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Measure the success and ROI of training programs through feedback performance metrics and assessments.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with HR and department leaders to align learning programs with business objectives.
- Manage Budgets Efficiently: Oversee the L&D budget to ensure costeffective implementation of training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 12 years of proven experience as an L&D Manager or in a similar role with a strong focus on technical training and certifications.
- Expertise in designing and implementing learning programs for diverse age groups and skill levels.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and elearning platforms.
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable learning initiatives.
- Additional Advantage: Possessing a Certified Learning and Development Manager (CLDM) certification will be considered a strong asset.
