Position Title: Blue Collar Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience Required: 46 years of relevant experience in bluecollar recruitment

Key Responsibilities:
1. EndtoEnd Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment process for bluecollar positions including sourcing screening interviewing and
onboarding candidates.
Recruit for roles like housekeeping staff security guards and more.
2. Sourcing Candidates:
Use diverse channels for sourcing including job portals social media platforms employee referrals Gram
panchayat and local networks.
Conduct field recruitment drives in industrial hubs labor markets and skill development centers.
3. Client Coordination:
Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure quality talent delivery within specified timelines.
Maintain strong relationships with clients understanding workforce requirements and addressing gaps.
4. Documentation & Compliance:
Verify candidates documents (Aadhaar PAN bank details etc.) and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.
Maintain accurate records of candidates in the ATS/database.
5. Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with operations teams local vendors agencies etc. for effective talent acquisition.
Build and nurture relationships with labor contractors and community leaders.
6. Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on labor market trends salary benchmarks and talent availability in Northern India.
Conduct competitor analysis to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
7. Retention Support:
Implement onboarding programs and posthiring engagement to improve employee retention in bluecollar
roles.
Provide support for addressing employee grievances during the initial employment period.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
Experience:
Proven experience in bluecollar hiring preferably in staffing or facility management industries.
Strong exposure to field recruitment and managing highvolume hiring.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional dialects preferred).
Proficiency in using MS Office tools and ATS/HRMS systems.
Strong negotiation interpersonal and networking skills.
