Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist EITSI

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization. This position requires a deeper understanding of the recruitment process as well as experience in strategic hiring practices. You will work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to fulfil the organizations staffing needs with toptier talent.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire highquality candidates.
• Lead fullcycle recruitment and Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels including networking job boards social media and recruitment events.
• Conduct indepth interviews to assess candidate qualifications culture fit and alignment with the companys values.
• Advise and influence hiring managers on market trends salary benchmarking and best practices in recruitment.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
• Manage candidate experience by providing timely feedback maintaining communication and ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Drive employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Act as a mentor or coach to junior recruiters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and legal regulations in the hiring process.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or related field
• 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven experience recruiting for product and IT solutions in multiple job functions.
• Indepth knowledge of recruitment techniques tools and best practices.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decisionmaking.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to manage complex recruitment projects.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
