Job Description
Job Title: Product Specialist
Location: New Delhi
Position: Product Specialist Dental Equipment
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Inquiry Management
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries about dental products and equipment with expertise and professionalism
- Provide comprehensive product information including technical specifications clinical applications and usage guidelines
- Ensure timely response to all customer communications
- Product Consultation
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend appropriate dental equipment and supplies
- Provide alternative product recommendations based on customer requirements budget and availability
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of competitor products and market trends
- Technical Support & Training
- Support customer service team with specialized product knowledge
- Develop and conduct product training sessions for support staff
- Create and maintain product documentation and technical resources
- Inventory & Product Management
- Monitor product inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team
- Stay current with dental industry developments and new product launches
- Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer demands
- Quality Assurance
- Collect and analyze customer feedback for product improvements
- Participate in quality control processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) required
- Additional certifications in dental equipment or medical devices preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dental equipment sales support or clinical practice
- Demonstrated expertise in dental products and equipment
- Experience with CRM systems and digital tools
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of dental equipment and supplies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Advanced problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Soft Skills:
- Customerfocused mindset
- Team player with collaborative approach
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Professional demeanor and presentation

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 7+ years of experience in project management or a related role. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Understanding of market research and data analysis techniques. Familiarity with Agile development processes is preferred.
