Job Description for Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the web3 space using various online platforms
- Initiate contact with KOLs through social media and messaging platforms
- Follow a structured playbook to engage KOLs and set up meetings or telegram groups
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and results
- Achieve daily weekly and monthly outreach and meeting setup targets
- Collaborate with the internal team to hand off qualified KOLs for further engagement
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written communication skills particularly in crafting engaging messages
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
- Basic knowledge of the web3 cryptocurrency and blockchain space
- Ability to work independently and follow a structured playbook
- Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Comfortable with working in shifts to provide coverage across different time zones
Scope:
- Conduct outreach to 50100 potential KOLs per day
- Set up 510 meetings or telegram groups per week
- Maintain a 10% positive response rate from outreach efforts
- Provide daily reports on outreach activities and results
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights
- Continuously update and refine the KOL database based on outreach results
Fluency in English Excellent written communication skills, particularly in crafting engaging messages Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices Basic knowledge of the web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain space Ability to work independently and follow a structured playbook Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with working in shifts to provide coverage across different time zones
