The Deal Desk Analyst serves as the primary resource for the sales team in getting deals across the finish line. You will be responsible for managing the deal desk and bookings process along with supporting systems and best practices. In addition you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the dealmaking process ensuring that our sales teams can confidently pursue opportunities and drive revenue growth. This role is at the intersection of sales finance and legal and requires a strong analytical mindset exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
What youll do as a Deal Desk Analyst:
Deal Structuring: Collaborate with the sales team to structure deals that meet customer needs while aligning with company financial and contractual standards.
Pricing Strategy: Develop and maintain pricing models to ensure competitive and profitable pricing for software solutions and services.
Quoting: Prepare accurate and timely quotes for sales proposals including special pricing considerations and discounts.
Contract Review: Review and analyze sales contracts to ensure they align with company policies.
Data Analysis: Analyze historical deal data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and increased deal velocity.
Deal Approval: Facilitate deal approval processes working with crossfunctional teams to gain the necessary approvals for nonstandard terms and discounts.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized deal records ensuring that all relevant documentation is complete and accessible.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline deal desk processes and improve efficiency while maintaining highquality standards.
How do you qualify for this role
02 years of relevant experience;
Knowledge of Google Suite products;
Experience with Salesforce is desired;
Experience with Quote to Cash process is favorable;
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks;
Strong communication skills and great attitude

Strong understanding of SaaS and software licensing models.
