Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Admin (CRM) to manage client inquiries oversee CRM system operations and support the sales team in streamlining the sales process. The ideal candidate should be highly organized detailoriented and proficient in CRM management ensuring efficient handling of client interactions and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to initial client inquiries ensuring timely followup.
- Assign client inquiries to the appropriate sales team members for the next stage in the sales cycle.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system (monday.com) to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Update client records track interactions and monitor lead progress within the CRM.
- Generate reports and insights from CRM data to support sales strategies.
- Assist in optimizing sales workflows and automation within the CRM platfor
- Support communication between sales and other departments to enhance customer experience.
- Make outbound calls as required to follow up on inquiries or support sales processes.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- 3 years of experience in sales administration CRM management or a related role.
- Proficiency in CRM software preferably monday.com.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.

- Setup and Location: WFH/Remote
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
- Employment Type: Fulltime

Requirements/Skills Needed: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 3+ years of experience and proven success in sales or marketing to businesses, including direct sales. Knowledge of social media and email campaigns. Experience in creating and executing sales strategies and achieving sales goals. Able to focus on delivering measurable outcomes, such as ROI, customer acquisition, and retention rates. Highly motivated for success. Professional, and comfortable dealing with business owners and senior management. Both in written and verbal communication, capable of creating compelling pitches, presentations, and content. Able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
