Role Overview
We are looking for a Generalist HR & Operations Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience
in handling HR operations office administration and employee lifecycle management. The
role involves managing daytoday HR processes office operations and employee onboarding
including ID creation document management and administrative tasks to support a smooth
business workflow.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Manage endtoend employee lifecycle processes including onboarding ID creation
exit formalities and employee records management.
Handle HR documentation offer letters appointment letters and HR compliance.
Maintain employee databases ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Assist in payroll coordination leave management and attendance tracking.
Support policy implementation and ensure adherence to HR policies.
Managing Travel through vendors accommodation arrangement through vendors
Managing office
Interact with the Co work management for office management
Finalize vendors price negotiation
Asset management
Office Administration
Oversee office management tasks including vendor coordination supplies
management and facility upkeep.
Manage IT and system access requests for new joiners ensuring smooth onboarding.
Handle travel bookings stationery orders and other officerelated administrative
tasks.
Manage office security processes including access cards and ID creation.
Operations Management
Assist in vendor management for recruitment IT services and other office needs.
Ensure compliance with company processes and manage documentation for audits.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Experience in office administration and vendor management.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR management systems (HRMS).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with employees and
stakeholders.
Familiarity with IT system access and ID creation processes.
Detailoriented with a focus on process improvement and compliance.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
4 to 6 years of experience in HR operations office administration and generalist
roles.
Familiarity with IT onboarding processes and employee ID creation is a plus.
