Job Description

Department: Sales
Location: Nasr City Cairo
Reports To: Sales team leader

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and resultsdriven Sales Representatives with at least 2 years of experience in sales to promote and sell internet solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying client needs providing tailored solutions and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This role involves actively visiting clients presenting services and ensuring a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition:

  • Actively identify and target potential clients in assigned territories to sell internet solutions.
  • Conduct doortodoor visits cold calls and followups to generate leads and secure new clients.
  • Present tailored solutions to meet clients internet connectivity needs.

Sales Execution:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts terms and pricing to close sales effectively.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide postsale support addressing any concerns or technical issues promptly.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the technical support team.

Market Research and Insights:

  • Stay informed about market trends competitors and new technologies in internet solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and product teams to enhance offerings and strategies.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and contracts in CRM tools.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

 


    Qualifications :

    Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Business or related field is a plus

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales preferably in IT telecommunications or internet solutions.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build rapport with clients.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Presentable appearance with the ability to make a strong first impression.
    • Familiarity with internet services and solutions is preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and basic MS Office applications.
