Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist fluent in Portuguese and English to join our dynamic team at Japan Tobacco International in Athens. As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for our Polishspeaking customers providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries via phone email and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problemsolving skills.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Schedule: Monday to Sunday 09:0023:00 (Shift rotation applies)
Compensation:
- Monthly gross salary: 1100 EUR
- Monthly Performance Bonus: 110 EUR

- Native proficiency in Portuguese and fluent in English (C1 level or higher)
