Overview: We are seeking dedicated and customeroriented individuals to join our team as Operations Customer Experts I. In this role you will provide exceptional support to customers using advanced insulin pumps and related accessories helping them manage their health needs effectively and with confidence. You will serve as a bridge between customers and innovative healthcare solutions ensuring a seamless positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone email and chat for inquiries related to insulin pumps and related services.
- Share comprehensive product and service information assisting customers in making informed decisions.
- Offer technical assistance in connecting insulin pumps to smartphone applications.
- Address customer inquiries empathetically fostering trust and ensuring satisfaction.
- Educate users on the effective use and management of their insulin pumps.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using the CRM system for accurate tracking and followup.
- Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support or management when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal departments to find efficient solutions to customer concerns.
- Perform routine customer service tasks including updating and maintaining the customer database.
- Conduct followup communications to assess customer satisfaction levels and identify improvement areas.
- Manage complaints and oversee the returns process in compliance with company policies.
Training and Development: The training period lasts approximately 20 working days conducted in English (8 hours per day). The training covers:
- Integration into the team.
- Training on customer management techniques for different contact methods.
- Product training regarding related services.
- Onthejob training to allow independent implementation of learned content.
Compensation:

- Daily Allowance (Gross): 18.56
- Weekly Allowance (Gross): 92.80

Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8hour shifts with an additional hour for lunch); rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday.
- Accommodation: Newly hired employees have the option of staying in a fully equipped furnished companyrented apartment for the first 14 months.
- Holidays and Bonuses: Employees are entitled to Portuguese public holidays and receive holiday and Christmas bonuses equal to base salary.
- Trial Period: A onemonth trial period after contract signing.
Location & Accessibility: The workplace is located in Lisbon Portugal with various transport options including metro bus and train routes.
