Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting customer support opportunity If so this could be the perfect role for you! Keep reading to learn more about the French Customer Support Agent position we have open in Porto Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls from our customers.
- Welcome and advise our customers.
- Offer personalised solutions on every call.
- Live the companys culture and share it on a daily basis with your colleagues.
Requirements:
- Nativelevel French and proficient English.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Detailoriented with a cando attitude.
- Being based in Porto.
- Holder of EU citizenship or
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday 07:00 AM 07:00 PM (Rotating shifts)
- Five working days with two days off.
- Daysoff are depending on the shift schedules
