Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding support through phone chat email and social media
  • Resolve issues related to account setup verification logins financial matters and technical support
  • Act as a trusted advisor particularly for clients in the sports industry
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries feedback and concerns
  • Build strong lasting client relationships through clear and effective communication
  • Maintain service excellence while following company policies
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 01 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
