As a Customer Support Specialist youll manage customer inquiries through multiple channelsphone chat email and social mediaaddressing issues related to accounts technical support and financial matters. - Resolve issues related to account setup verification logins financial matters and technical support

Requirements:
- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
