Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist youll manage customer inquiries through multiple channelsphone chat email and social mediaaddressing issues related to accounts technical support and financial matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support through phone chat email and social media
- Resolve issues related to account setup verification logins financial matters and technical support
- Act as a trusted advisor particularly for clients in the sports industry
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries feedback and concerns
- Build strong lasting client relationships through clear and effective communication
- Maintain service excellence while following company policies
- Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
