CPCM Certified Professional Contract Manager / CCM Contract & Commercial
Management with strong Contracts Management and Administration experience with company setting in EPIC (Engineering Procurement Installation and Commissioning)
Sales Oil & Gas Shutdown and Manpower Supply.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide contracts support to Management Team in the preparation and / or review of contracts / subcontracts / supplier agreements. General contract management &administration duties including the handling of major change orders claims and negotiations of EPC oil & gas and other projects.
Support management team in handling major change orders claims and negotiations of EPC oil & gas and general projects.
Manage the contractual daily requirements and reporting of claim and variation progress.
Support development of multiple cost and / or schedule driven contracting scenarios and procurement routes.
Promote interdepartmental communications and encourages teamwork.
Establishes clear communication with the clients where necessary.
Coordinate with clients to ensure that terms of the contract are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
Negotiate with clients subcontractors and suppliers the terms & conditions of any new agreements to be put in place.
Ability to prepare and edit contracts between clients subcontractors and suppliers.
Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner.
Assess contract agreements to identify and recommend amendments of existing contracts.
Review respond and negotiate claims and change order requests received from subcontractors and suppliers.
Support project teams in the preparation of general correspondence.
