Main Duties:
- Manage and process monthly payroll ensuring compliance with local laws
- Manage client payroll and related client communication
- Support the HR team with payroll work permits recruitment and training
- Liaise with authorities like the CfR and Social Security Department
- Handle monthly and yearly submissions such as FS5s FS3s and FS7s
- Prompt handling of payrollrelated queries for employees and management
- Provide payroll reports to management and authorities
What skills do you need
- A minimum of 23 years experience in a payroll processing role
- Organized and efficient with the ability to handle pressure
- Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills (verbal and written fluency in English)
- Comfortable working independently
- This role requires absolute confidentiality
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
