They are also a marketing partner empowering brands with Their expansive media reach and 360degree inhouse marketing solutions. Due to expansion they need an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO.
LOCATION: LAGOS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain confidential data and information with the utmost integrity.
- Coordinate highprofile events and meetings ensuring smooth execution and flawless hospitality for attendees.
- Assist in planning executing and monitoring key projects. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success.
- Conduct market research gather relevant data and provide insightful reports presentations and recommendations to support the ILTs decisionmaking process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
- Two or more years of experience in business management or executive assistant role especially within Africa
- Experience working with multicultural teams and departments
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives project planning and management
- Experience preparing for board meetings and presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills French knowledge will be an additional advantage
- Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
- Experience in data analysis and budget management
- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
- Strong projectreporting skills with a focus on interdepartmental communications
