Work schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7am 6pm Mountain Time Zone w/ 1 hr unpaid break 10hrs/day 20hrs/week
Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Weekend Sales Representative to join our team. This parttime role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping families find the perfect fit for their music education needs. The primary focus will be assisting prospective customers answering inquiries and encouraging enrollment in our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers answering questions and providing detailed information about our programs and memberships.
- Sales: Guide families through the enrollment process upsell our Encore membership and meet or exceed weekly sales goals.
- FollowUp: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone email or online chat and proactively follow up with leads from previous inquiries.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollments in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales customer service or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with prospective customers and close sales.
- Organized and detailoriented with experience using CRM systems or similar tools.
- Availability to work weekends.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in music education or familiarity with music programs is a plus.
- Experience with upselling memberships or subscriptionbased products.
