Position: Virtual Assistant with a Background in Recruitment Immigration and Business Development
Location: Remote (Home Office)
Hours: Fulltime 8 hours per day ( Manager Based in Western Australia AWST)
Salary: Starting at Rs. 2 Lakhs to Rs. 5 Lakhs annually ( dependent on experience and qualifications)
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Virtual Assistance
- Manage emails schedules and daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate meetings and followups for the Director of International Recruitment and Immigration Services.
- Serve as the liaison between the Director and internal staff ensuring business priorities are efficiently addressed.
2. Social Media and Outreach
- Manage social media accounts focused on recruitment and immigration to boost brand visibility.
- Create and schedule engaging targeted content for international recruitment and migration audiences.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine engagement strategies.
3. Client Liaison and Relationship Management
- Handle client interactions postinitial contact by the CEO ensuring seamless communication.
- Address client inquiries and provide updates on recruitment and immigration processes.
- Maintain longterm client relationships by promptly addressing their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements effectively.
4. Recruitment and Immigration Support
- Assist in creating strategies for sourcing candidates for international recruitment.
- Conduct market research on recruitment trends and immigration pathways to Australia.
- Assist in preparing immigration documentation prequalification checklists and marketing materials.
- Build relationships with international agents and clients to expand recruitment channels.
- Identify highdemand industries for business development opportunities.
5. Business Development and Strategy
- Support the creation of a comprehensive 5year plan for scaling recruitment and immigration services.
- Contribute to the development of online recruitment tools and resources.
- Research market trends including visa pathways and client needs to inform strategic planning.
- Draft proposals and business plans to attract clients and partners in recruitment and immigration sectors.
6. Engagement and Analysis
- Provide insights on recruitment strategies and immigration policies to maintain competitiveness.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and provide datadriven recommendations.
- Prepare reports on KPIs such as client engagement candidate conversion rates and business growth.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Recruitment Immigration or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles or virtual assistance.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and Australian visa requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Desirable:
- Experience in business development or international recruitment.
- Knowledge of Australian immigration pathways (e.g.visas).
- Proficiency with content creation tools and social media management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing strategies.
