Job Description
- Therapist Schedule Management: Coordinate the availability and daytoday schedules of therapists including processing vacation and timeoff requests.
- Staff Communication: Regularly update and manage staff details in an online application ensuring accurate information is available. Communicate with the team daily via email and phone calls to ensure smooth operations.
- Credential Management: Ensure that therapists credentials (soft copies of documents and other paperwork) are securely stored and updated in the software.
- Onboarding: Conduct orientations and onboarding sessions for new team members joining the network ensuring they complete the necessary paperwork and understand their roles.
- Account Management: Create and manage user accounts for therapists and clients on web portals and applications ensuring seamless access to required resources.
- Training and Development: Develop and maintain a training calendar for the team. Prepare and distribute training materials and communicate training schedules regularly to ensure continuous development.
Qualifications :
- Education: Any Bachelors Degree.
- US Healthcare Process experience is MUST.
- Some one with clinical qualification (Nurse Physical Therapist Allied Health Professionals or similar background) and experience is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Work Schedule: Comfortable with working in the IST shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST from our Porur Chennai office
