Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. IT Asset Management Analyst to join our dynamic team! If you have experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) advanced data analysis and are eager to work with cuttingedge cloud platforms and tools like Flexera ServiceNow and Zylo this is your opportunity to shine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize software license utilization to drive cost savings.
- Enhance the software catalog to streamline provisioning and improve user experience.
- Ensure license compliance and lead software decommissioning initiatives.
- Utilize ITAM tools such as Flexera ServiceNow and Zylo for asset tracking.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams in Finance Procurement Enterprise Architecture and more to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare reports to inform leadership about technology spend risk mitigation and endpoint security.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of experience in Asset Management Procurement Vendor Management or IT Risk Management.
- Proficiency in data engineering and working with APIs.
- Handson experience with public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Linux administration.
- Familiarity with asset management tools including ServiceNow Flexera Zylo and discovery tools (e.g. Tanium Crowdstrike SCCM).
- Strong skills in data visualization collaboration and problemsolving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Asset management experience in large organizations (e.g. Fortune 50/100).
- Expertise in tools like MSFT Azure Oracle and SAP.
