Project Manager is the frontline leader of the project team responsible for the overall success of the clients Projects. Project Managers together with Superintendents combine to create the overall project strategy and success driven character in the team. Their depth of experience in concrete safety logistics costs analysis and quality support the drive for superiority in project execution. Following disciplined processes and forwardthinking culture Project Managers develop strong teams that communicate effectively and perform at a high level. They use their skills to teach and train the next generation how to build the right way.

Safety Program Management
Quality Control Program Management
Crew & Labor Productivity Analysis
Project Reporting (Cost Fee Safety Quality etc.)
Personnel Training (PE)
Client Relationships
Project Closeout Organization and Management
Technical Training:
Advanced Excel
Advanced Scheduling
Running Effective Meetings
Business Writing
Cost Reporting & Budget Preparation
Spectrum Accounting Systems

Experience and/or Educational Requirements:
Concrete related projects experience must
Caltrans project and understanding of Caltrans specifications very imporant
Preferred 4year degree in a construction or engineering field OR a 4year degree in an unrelated
field with previous construction experience and/or a strong interest in construction.
23 years of Project Engineering Experience
23 years of Assistant PM Experience
Minimum 57 years of PM Experience to achieve Sr. PM
