Job Description
- Accounting of payroll employmentrelated benefits;
- Tax calculations and reporting to relevant authorities;
- Reviewing of timesheets work charts wage computation and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies;
- Initiating and processing payroll timely and ensuring all payroll procedures are in line with governmental laws and policies;
- Consulting colleagues on various payrollrelated questions;
- Compiling summaries of earnings taxes deductions leave disability and nontaxable wages as part of report preparation;
- Providing support during the audits and liaising with external auditors.
Qualifications :
- Professional accounting experience of a minimum of 1 year;
- Oral and written knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages;
- Loyalty ability to work in a team;
- Quick orientation responsibility diligence;
- Willingness to learn and improve;
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel Word) skills;
- Experience with Business Central/Navision application would be considered as an advantage.
