Tasks and responsibilities

As a Hydraulic Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and optimizing hydraulic systems for Kalmar Solutions products. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the hydraulic solutions meet performance quality and cost requirements. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing product efficiency and reliability.

  • Design and develop hydraulic systems for heavy machinery
  • Conduct testing and validation of hydraulic components and systems
  • Improve existing hydraulic solutions to enhance performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with design engineers suppliers and project managers to ensure quality and functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulicrelated issues in current and new designs

Education experience and personal characteristics

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in hydraulic system design and development preferably in heavy machinery or industrial applications
  • Knowledge of hydraulic components circuits and control systems
  • Familiarity with testing and validation processes for hydraulic systems
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken
