- ServiceNow EC ServiceNow/Terraform/CDK/JIRA integrations FinOps & Asset Management.
Key Skills:
- ServiceNow Catalog & Portal Development:
- Build & manage ServiceNow service catalogs and customize portals (Employee Center).
- Develop workflows for marketplace operations including custom approvals.
- Create custom UI/UX for ServiceNow Marketplace (enhanced experience).
- Integration & Marketplace Automation:
- Code integrations with external systems (e.g. FinOps Asset Management).
- API implementation and orchestration flows.
- CMDB & Infra Product Lifecycle (Optional):
- Configure and maintain CMDB for tracking infra products.
- Expertise in infra product lifecycle management.
