VP Infrastructure Engineering Manager (Mainframe Systems)
Locations: Lake Mary Pittsburgh preferred. New York/Jersey City far secondary; Remote is possible but not preferred.

VP Level: Salary Range Not Sure Bonus Potential.

Overview of Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee mainframe space in total. 76 LPARS 9 people that support that (apply maintenance a couple of times/year)
- Manage Operating System control M and ThirdParty Products
- Oversee scheduling product
- Will implement security patching and conduct a sizeable amount of audits
- Oncall 24/7 to get things started (have USbased and offshore as well)
90 Day Scope
- Learn the environment and NOT break anything!
- Understand Pershing Mellon and BNY requirements
- Run all three security products: RACF TopSecret
- Need to understand Unix on the Mainframe as well.
Current State:
- They have control over Source Code Management
- The team headcount is 48 people now but they will be breaking it apart so this person will likely be managing about 20 people.
- Managing the migrations that are given from the AD sprints
- Make sure its an auditable process
- Managing people: career management reviews for individual contributors.
- 6 people reporting to this team
- Have accountability for the projects and the people
- Looking for someone with the technical skills first and the people management second.
New Initiatives
- Modernization efforts capacity management etc.
- There will be challenges throughout the year and onward. New Linux works as well.
Team:
- Endeavour is the project/program team. The system program manager now has five towers underneath them and they are moving
- Other Programs and Product Ownership
- zOS maintenance
