Strategic Leadership & Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Organizations overall
business objectives focusing on scaling HR capabilities as the business
develops.
Lead workforce planning to support organizational expansion while ensuring
efficient allocation of resources across departments.
Team Management & Development:
Develop succession planning leadership development and career path.
Oversee large HR operations across all HR functions.
Performance Management :
Drive a culture of high performance through wellstructured performance
management programs and consistent feedback systems.
Should work closely with the management to fine tune the HR systems & HR
Policies.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Should have experience in handling Pay settlements Staff Negotiations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations maintaining policies that
protect both employees and the company.
Expertise in HR operations employee relations and Performance management
Continuously optimize HR processes utilizing technology to improve efficiency.
Handling Legal Affairs.
Skills Required

Strong knowledge of labor legislation
Excellent interpersonal skills

Requirements
Experience: More than 1520 years of progressive HR experience in a HR leadership role.
Qualification: Masters Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
is preferred.
