We do that by providing unlimited graphic design help for a fixed price in a helpful and personal way.

About the role:
Were looking for a creative and skilled video editor and animator to handle the production of video content for our brand. From editing raw footage to creating eyecatching motion graphics and animations youll play a crucial role in delivering highquality video projects that align with brand goals and resonate with our target audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Video editing:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos with seamless transitions color grading sound design and other postproduction techniques.
- Cut rearrange and refine footage for social media ads YouTube presentations and more.
Animation and motion graphics:
- Create engaging animations including explainer videos kinetic typography logo animations and animated infographics.
- Design custom motion graphics that enhance storytelling and messaging.
Collaboration and communication:
- Work closely with the creative team and marketing team to understand project goals and requirements.
- Implement feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Quality control:
- Ensure all video and animation deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing animation and content creation tools to ensure fresh and modern output.
- Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in video editing and animation.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Expertise in animation tools like Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge of Descript is desirable.
- Strong understanding of storytelling pacing and visual aesthetics.
- Solid knowledge of sound design and audio editing tools like Audition or GarageBand.
- Experience creating content optimized for various platforms (YouTube Instagram TikTok LinkedIn).
- Exceptional attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and animation projects (mandatory).
Preferred skills:
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop Illustrator).
- Familiarity with 3D animation and rendering.
- Experience working in an agency or clientfacing environment.
- Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms.

- Location: Homebased (Philippines) Permanent work from home coworking space beach wherever youd like as long as you have a laptop and good internet connection.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8h/day 1pm to 10pm PH time with core hours being 6pm to 10pm (PH time).
