Job Description
What you will be doing:
Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with inquiries support requests and product information.
Conduct lead intakes to gather essential information about prospective clients and their needs.
Perform customer consultations to understand their requirements address concerns and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize HubSpot to manage customer interactions track leads and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective resolution of issues.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention through feedback analysis and relationshipbuilding initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and processes.
Provide regular reports and updates on customer interactions feedback and performance metrics to management.
Experience you will need:
Bachelors degree preferred.
Proven experience in a previous sales account management customer success or related role.
Proficient in Google Suite.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Previous experience working in a SaaS or technologydriven company.
Familiarity with sales processes and lead qualification techniques.
HubSpot experience required.
Crypto or legal knowledge preferred.
A strong willingness to learn.
